Armed with an MBA from Rotman, University of Toronto, an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors, and Venture Capital training from Berkeley Law, Ushi possesses a solid foundation in business management, corporate governance, and venture capital.

In his current capacity as Managing Director at Xccelerata, a global venture capital accelerator, Ushi is on a mission to identify and foster high-potential startups primed for exponential growth.
